Kangaroo Trials Lawfare Is Justice Broken In America

Well, that's good news. Well, I did a video the other day about how they should all lawyer up, the judge should lawyer up, the prosecutor should lawyer up. I was deeply involved in that for several years under the twists and turns. There are so many in a trial and the indictment and trial of somebody, there are some, there are dozens of limited decisions that have to be made. And the trial can be made a kangaroo trial by a judge making these little decisions along the way that completely make it lopsided. So when he's in court at the trial, he can say, look, it's just, I tried it, this is what the jury found. But in fact, they have made so many decisions that made it impossible for the defendant to win before he ever walks into the courtroom. And that was done here. And they did it thinking again that they were gonna win and there would never be a federal authority again that would question them. So they really crossed a bunch of lines. And in a way that I believe has lawyers in DCs really scratching their heads. And is it indictable? I don't know, it looks to me like a kangaroo trial, it looks to me like total lawfare in the way that she, well, I think it looks to them too, as you know. Well, I mean, I think as you know, it looks that way to me. And I think it looks that way to any neutral observer who comes in. And as you know, they've already sent a letter of an interest to Colorado saying we're interested in everything about how she was indicted, how she was tried and how she's been handled since she's been in the prison system. And I know talking to one of our attorneys, the AG there submitted a motion to essentially pull out or for the judge, the federal judge to disregard the US government's, not write legal terms, but the US government's interest, that's probably not gonna happen. And that hearing should be happening here fairly soon. The habeas hearing there in a federal district court in Colorado. And you know, and I know Patrick, folks who might not know, I mean, besides helping in the efforts on elections and COVID and health and so forth, you have been very instrumental in helping support Tina Peters. And wow, what you've done is amazing. A couple million dollars for the most ridiculous trial, just the fact that they would not try her. They carefully crafted the charges. So it was never something she could do was introduce in court. Look what I found. I found massive evidence of corruption. There was never, because of the way they made the charges practically, you know, they were so Mickey Mouse. Do you remember the day at trial that their whole case hinged on when she gave the ID from county employee, Jerry to cyber forensic specialist, Conan, when she gave that ID that, well, in reality, Jerry knew all about it. Jerry met with him the night before, they plotted, he was all excited. He sent texts that showed that he was all excited about it and that he handed over. He said, I can't do this operation myself in a court-certified way. You go ahead and do it. Was part of turning his ID over. But then when they needed to prosecute Tina, they needed to say, well, she did that surreptitiously and lied to him. He didn't know anything about it. And I believe they threatened him and said, get up on the stand and lie, or we're gonna come after you. So he got up and said, I didn't know a thing about any of this. And then on the stand, he was confronted with his own messages. He didn't realize that the copies had been saved and his own messages. And do you remember that day? And so he was completely impeached on the stand. His mouth, his gums flapped, and he ended up just saying, well, I don't remember sending those messages. And afterwards, the prosecutor instructed the jury and the judge sort of echoed it, that sometimes people's memories differ from documentation. And when that happens, you might, it's perfectly okay if you believe the memory and you ignore the documentation. You should look that up. It's in the clip. You should go and look that little moment in judicial history up. It was really hilarious. You know, Patrick, I remember talking with another Patrick, Patrick McSweeney, telling me he'd never seen a case like this because they wouldn't even let Tina put on a defense. He was flabbergasted at what he saw. Just sitting, I couldn't believe that could happen here in America. Of course, we saw what happened to Trump. We saw what they're trying to do to you and others. It's lawfare. And Tulsi talked about that. She said, Mr. President, lawfare, as you know, being a victim of one. And then she went into the elections and the hand count and so forth. So I think all the efforts are coming to fruition. The right folks now know. And now they know that what they have is authentic. Oh yeah, they do. And Tulsi was not speaking off the cuff. I believe I'm familiar with the process, but whose final result was Tulsi Gabbard being in the cabinet meeting saying, we now have definite proof. I'm confident. So that's what I mean when I say that they now have definite proof. They know that we were right from the beginning, from day one. From day one after the election of November, from November 4th, 2020, we've been right. How do you think Trump feels to know that he was right, that he had got cheated out of the presidency? I noticed, Patrick, is that this morning, and he's in the White House press avail with the prime minister of Italy. Previously, before Tulsi's comments, he would say, well, you know, if something went wrong in 2020, you know what happened in 2020, the election. He said today, when they was there, first in the cabinet room, and she was sitting across from him in that room, he said rigged election. He said that today, that the election of 2020 was rigged. Prime minister right across. And I was gonna ask you if it's okay with you. I know Juan wanted to certainly let you speak and whatever you wanted to say, but if it's right with you, we'll bring him in. I would love you guys to talk about not just the US, but Brazil, Romania, France, South Korea. You're seeing all this, if they can't manipulate their election, they're just gonna try to arrest people or impeach them or whatever. Sure. Okay, we'll bring in, there's Juan. There's Juanito. Hey, folks. I didn't wanna interrupt what Patrick was presenting. And at the end of the day though, we know that there was 71 countries plus the United States, according to the people who engineered this theft, where elections were flipped and overturned and frauded. And so the most recent and serious in my mind, outside of the United States is the situation in South Korea, which most Americans are unaware of the fact that we've been sending a steady stream of extra personnel to fill out our ranks there because of the situation in South Korea. It's a very situation where that stolen election happened back in April. And the president was trying to get to the facts of that when he declared martial law to have legal ability to go into their vote, central vote counting center and all the electronics. And of course, South Korea is gonna be the same shape that we are here in America. You're going to a paper ballot, which when you mentioned Tulsi the other day in the cabinet meeting, the last comment in the clip that most people have seen, Tulsi said, said, Mr. President, we're going to have to go to a hangout paper ballot. And that's exactly where we're going. Of course, that's why we have this executive order, which when Patrick and I were out there in DC and had all of the guests there at DC and that was just a wonderful time right after the president's inauguration. That's when in reviewing this together and I asked if some folks could help put together, I had seen a different one and I didn't think it was adequate to the task with an existing proposed executive order that was in the president's circle. And so this one that folks have put together, that is just world-class.
