There are ways to determine if something is truthful.
In session two, we go through a tutorial on open source intelligence, how to collect open
source intelligence, a small tutorial on how to collect human intelligence, and also how
to identify propaganda.
What levels of propaganda?
Is it white?
Is it gray?
Is it black?
People talk in these terms sometimes, but they really don't know the definitions for
it.
And that's all in here.
I would love to be able to give all the information that we've curated for people in one sitting,
but it can't be done.
This book over here is 28,000 words, that one's 40,000 words, the next one is 40,000
plus words.
And as Americans and as people, all freedom-loving people around the world, anybody listening
to this anywhere, now is the time to learn.
We have to learn.
This is not information you're going to get in a meme.
You have to learn, and nobody's going to teach you except this right here.
Learn the information, understand what's going on, and get yourself to be literate.
It will save you.
It will save your family.
It will save your country.
It's a Rosetta Stone right here.
That's huge.
It's huge because I can remember when email was really big, let's say before much came
out on the internet, let's say like 2006, 2004, something like that, and I would receive
emails from a friend of a picture of a girl that's missing, and David would be like, that
was like five years ago that came out, it was just people sharing over and over again.
So that was like back in email days.
A thousand forwards.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, this girl's missing.
David's like, I mean, this is so old, they're just sharing something from the past that
probably wasn't even real in the first place.
And then today, you see things obviously coming out, but with AI, they could make somebody
look like they said something that they never even said.
You see the whole thing with Tom Cruise, I don't know if you've seen it before, but with
that coin or whatever, and that's not even Tom Cruise, it was an AI thing.
But if you don't know, you could be sharing all kinds of misinformation, never even knowing
that because you were trusting a source that you had received that from, and it's not even
you're spreading misinformation.
And how dangerous is that?
We give one example inside of session two, where someone put out a deep fake photo or
video of an explosion, I think it was at the Pentagon, and the stock market dropped.
It fell.
Okay, now I just want to know who bought the dip, right?
Because these are the ways a lot of things can be manipulated.
And we have to understand that.
And we don't want to play the fool.
And the other thing is we need to show a little bit of compassion because we've all been tricked.
I've been tricked.
You've been tricked.
We are the us.
We have been tricked.
And it's the them that is tricking us.
It's not each other.
We are not each other's enemy.
Your neighbor is not your enemy.
That person that you see when you're standing in line to drop your kids off the school that
has a certain bumper sticker that you don't like, that person is not your enemy.
Stop being polarized because that polarization, we talk about that path to destruction in
session one, where polarization is really the beginning of a path.
It starts out with polarization and it goes to tribalization.
How many people have seen that?
You become polarized on a topic and now you find your tribe, you hang out in your tribe.
And then what do you do?
You demonize the other tribes.
Well, once you get to that point, the next step is killing.
So polarization, tribalization, dehumanization and killing.
This is the path.
Look around.
Everybody listening and watching the show, where are we on that path?
Do you see political polarization?
Polarization is the manufactured sense of life and death.
It doesn't mean it's reality.
It can be, but it's not always.
Once you get to that polarized place, your cognitive space is effective.
Your critical thinking goes out the window and you start looking for people to partner
with because again, it's a manufactured sense of life and death.
You're trying to protect your life, the life of your family.
You will protect that thought.
You will protect that message because you think you're protecting your life.
And then you bond with other people around that topic.
You bond with that message, that information.
Well then you start dehumanizing the people that think differently than you.
Now you're one step away from killing each other.
Look where we're at in our country.
Don't be the fool.
We have all fallen prey to this.
We need to back up, immediately back up.
And what does that look like?
When you back up, then it is humanizing people, having conversations, finding those commonalities.
