Boone on the doctrine behind PsyOps — psychological actions (Psy-Acts) as formal military operations with specific agents, targets, and intended effects. This isn't theory. It's the manual. And the manual is in the Citizen's Guide.

There are many Psy-Acts and there are different types of Psy-Acts. There are agents of action, which is very, very important. And it's all in here. This stuff gets deep. It's very deep. But it's not a thing that is not understandable. You can understand it. Okay. This book is wonderful. wildly popular. We have sold, I mean, honestly, nobody thought we were going to sell this many so fast, but we are. And that's because people, once they get that aha, they hold onto it and the world makes sense to them again. So I guess the, I guess your acknowledgement, your question really is a good statement, which is, Hey, this stuff is happening. What do we do? Well, the answer is, The answer's in the guide, actually. But, and there's no way I could go over everything in one setting. But ultimately, critical thinking skills, understanding what psychological operations are, understanding that there is an enemy out there that uses economic warfare, that uses law warfare, called lawfare. They use other types of warfare as well to get to you, to get into your life, to manipulate the conditions. So it's always about conditions. It's not necessarily about individual trickery. It's about conditions. and create those conditions. Those conditions create a response. The response, hopefully, if they're doing the SIOP plan correctly and they're using, they're manipulating the susceptibilities properly, the response is the direction that they are planning for. And then we get into gray zone, gray zone funnels, things like this. And that is literally people pushing themselves down the road in the direction that the adversary wants and the people think that they're doing the right thing. It's not necessarily the right thing. Let me interrupt you just a second there. We do have another guest that's going to be joining us tonight. I was actually, I wasn't sure if he would be able to make it or not, but I want to go ahead and welcome to the show. He's in the same predicament. Colonel Sean Smith. Colonel, you there? Yeah, I'm here, Brian. Can you hear me all right? No, the sound, that sounds, it sounds really bad. Yeah, it may not work. I'm still driving, so. Oh, okay. Do you want to try and jump back in whenever you get settled in? Sure. Yeah, I'm happy to just listen. It's an interesting discussion. Okay, sure. I'm going to go ahead and mute you, though, just because you have a little feedback. But I can see your hand, so if you have something you want to add, just throw your hand up, and I'll unmute you and bring you in. Or actually, you can unmute yourself. But I do want to hear some of his feedback because he's... former colonel in the U.S. Air Force, and he's got a lot of insight into the balloon. And I know he's got a lot of insight into this conversation as well. Boone, to what you were saying, you know, one of the things that I see a lot with people, especially on social media now, is like we have this almost like an animosity towards each other. You know, you were talking about 51 percent of the extremist Democrats, so to speak, versus the 49% and the conservatives. But like I was saying earlier, you don't know who your enemies are. And there are conservatives that are, obviously we use the term rhino, but they do exist. And that is one of the difficulties in distinguishing who's who in that regard.
